Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("the Law"), Trend Team Ajans, as the data controller, processes your personal data as described below.

2. Personal data processed and purposes

Identity and contact data: the name, email address and optional phone number you write in the contact form. Customer transaction data: the content of your message. This data is processed to receive, evaluate and reply to your request.
Transaction security data: your IP address is processed briefly, without permanent storage, to prevent misuse of the form.
Visit statistics: to measure how the site is visited (device type and browser), page views are counted anonymously, without cookies and without identifying anyone. A daily-changing, irreversible identifier is generated from your IP address and browser details; your IP address is not stored. Records are kept for at most 32 days and then deleted. If your browser has the "do not track" preference (DNT / GPC) turned on, you are not counted.
Cookie and usage data: through Google Tag Manager, Crisp (canlı destek), data about your use of the site is processed only if you have given explicit consent.

3. Method of collection and legal basis

Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website. Form data is processed on the legal basis in Article 5(2) of the Law that processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Data processed through cookies and similar technologies is processed only with your explicit consent; you can withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie preferences on the site.

4. Transfer of data

Your personal data is not transferred to third parties except where legally required or requested by competent authorities; it may be processed only in the systems of the infrastructure providers that host and run the website.

Because of the Google Tag Manager, Crisp (canlı destek) used with your explicit consent, your data may be transferred, under Article 9 of the Law, to these service providers whose servers may be located abroad.

5. Retention period

Your contact form data is kept for at most 365 days and deleted at the end of this period. Cookie data is kept for the duration of the relevant service and cookie.

6. Your rights (Article 11 of the Law)

As a data subject you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed,
Request information if it has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
Know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the Law,
Request that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties to whom data was transferred,
Object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems,
Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

7. Application

You can send your requests about the rights above, together with information that identifies you, through [email protected]. Your application is concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
